2010 RMAOA SUMMER PIANO CAMP POLICY 
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE
SUBMITTING YOUR CHILD’S REGISTRATION

APPLICATION

Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. RMAOA will send an email to you confirming your child’s camp placement. If your child is placed on the waiting list, we will email you.

DEPOSIT

A $100 non-refundable deposit must be submitted with the registration forms per child. The deposit will be applied towards tuition. Full payment for all summer sessions is due by June 14, 2010. Camp positions are only guaranteed if payment has been received. Your deposit will not be processed until your child has been placed in camp.

WITHDRAWAL

In order to receive a full refund, RMAOA must have your cancellation notice in writing prior to May 25th, or three weeks prior to the start date of each camp. The $100 application fee will not be refunded. There will be no refunds for absences.

LIABILITY WAIVER

THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY of AMERICA wishes to provide a safe and pleasant camp program for all students. By allowing your child to participate in the RMAOA summer camp, parents/guardians are agreeing to assume all responsibility for the normal and realistic risks linked with transportation and camp activities. Parents will agree to hold harmless, RMAOA, its employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives, including volunteers and drivers from any and all claims arising from their child’s participation. Parents/guardians must certify that they have read and will abide by all of the camp policies as stated above. By enrolling a student in The RMAOA Summer Piano Camp Program, parents/guardians are acknowledging that you understand all information relating to RMAOA camp including but not limited to, fees, non/refundable items, due dates, and any additional necessities needed participate in camp. RMAOA reserves the right to cancel any camp program for low enrollment of any other reason it deems obligatory by contacting registered campers when this decision has been confirmed and refunding 100% of all fees paid in advance.

EMERGENCY HEALTH AUTHORIZATION

In case of an emergency, The Russian Music Academy of America and its representatives have the parent’s/guardian’s permission to take your child to the emergency room of the nearest hospital if his/her physician cannot be reached. Parents/guardians agree to be responsible for all costs associated with your child’s emergency room/hospital visit. Parents/guardians give the hospital and its medical staff permission to provide the treatment a physician deems necessary for the well being of your child.
